Financing the Cost of Your Plastic Surgery
For payment of medical fees, we accept all major credit cards, as well as providing financing through CareCredit or Chase Health Advance.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of twenty-four hours notice by phone if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment at our plastic surgery office. This way, the open slot can be filled with another patient needing an appointment. For cosmetic surgery appointments, failure to provide such notice will result in forfeiture of the $75 deposit.
Effective June 1, 2008, there will be a $100.00 fee for missed appointments scheduled before or after business hours. Business hours are 9am to 5pm.
