David has been keeping up my Botox injections for the last 5 years and has done a great job. About 3 years ago I had David take the saddle bags off my eye lids and wow did he do a great job. He took 10 years off my face. I can actually put eyeliner on my top lid and see it. He opened my eyes up. I have had so many compliments on my eyes or you look great. He is very meticulous about his work because that is his reputation. Last Friday I had a touch up and he will continue to do any plastic surgery I will need in the future. He is awesome and has a great bed side manner. I would recommend David to anyone. He is the best in my book, and he is also a cutie pie to boot. I’m very careful when it comes to my face, and do my research. I would not let just anyone work on me. I want the best that Houston has to offer. Dr. Altamira was my personal angel, as he came in for me, when I was in emergency due to a fall. My face was cut severely and he patiently, kindly and expertly stitched my face beautifully. He was a total blessing that night. Now, with his expertise, I know that I have found my plastic surgeon for life and will recommend him to anyone. His staff is awesome. Words cannot describe how grateful I am that he was came into my emergency room that night. It was around midnight to 1:00am and I just remember his kind and gentle words as he stitched my face. I have been going to David for about 4 or 5 years now for my Botox up keep. David is awesome and very miticulous about his work. I let David do my eye lids about 2 years ago and I was amazed at the before and after. He took 10 years off my face. I mean I had zaddle bags. I can now see my eye liner and my make up is smoother going on. Did I mention I hate pain and needles? I would do my eyes again if needed. I did not feel a thing and I only had a little yellowing and redness. No scar visible. I was back at work after 3 days I had it done on a Friday. David does awesome work. If you tell him what you are looking for he will make sugestions to you and do what is going to be best for you. I can’t say enough nice things about David. He is going to be my Dr. from here on out. Dr. Altamira has been our ‘go to’ doctor for close to 20 years. He gives attention to detail and is a perfectionist. My husband recently had eye surgery, and I was very nervous that it could be obvious to others. It was so perfect, we are both amazed. Dr Altamira is the Best Plastic Surgeon one could have for care. Most caring, compassionate, bedside manner, knowledgeable, skilled, “artist” for reconstruction after mastectomy. Dr Altamira is a perfectionist who treats you as an important person/patient and makes you feel comfortable from first appointment through recovery. He goes the extra mile during your care as well as his amazing staff. They return phone calls and accommodate in every way possible. They make sure your recovery is as pain free as possible. Dr Altamira explains and answers all questions in a way you can understand. He is calm and confident in a way that helps relieve your anxieties. You are never rushed in and out of appointments. Dr Altamira spends plenty of time with you during appointments and when he tells you something won’t be painful he’s totally right! Even when I called about an issue he had me come in to make certain everything was ok which is was confirmed after his examination. This was a few years after the surgeries he’d done. (Breast reconstruction then a Ventral Hernia repair). He told me he knew a doctor when he knew more of the new issue, but actually had his surgical notes pulled then talked to the surgeon he was recommending prior to getting back to me. It was only a few days when I an appointment with the surgeon he was recommending. They already had the information from Dr Altamira before I called for an appointment! Extremely caring for all this! Could not ask for anything more. He’s the only Plastic Surgeon I’d go to if ever needed again.

“I was beyond impressed with my experience at Dr. Altamiras office. My first contact was with Dr Altamira and I was completely blown away by how helpful and kind he was and how fast he was at getting back to me!
