Meet Our Staff
Sissy Grado, Office Manager
Sissy has been with the practice for 16 years. Sissy handles both patient and business responsibilities. She is always available to assist you and make sure all your needs are met to make your experience with Dr. Altamira the best. If something needs to get done, Sissy is rise to the occasion.
Vanessa, Medical/ Surgical Assistant
Vanessa plays an integral role with our practice with assisting Dr. Altamira during consultations and procedures. She will be there to guide you through every step and answer any questions you may have. She will also be doing your massage therapies after body contouring surgery.

Maggie, Medical Assistant
Maggie will assist Dr. Altamira in both consultations and procedures. Her passion is patient care, guiding, and educating patients throughout their entire surgical process. She will be the smiling face you see before surgery to make sure all your questions are answered. When you meet her, you’ll know you’re in good hands.
Shelly, Front Office Coordinator
Shelly is the friendly face you will see upon entering our office. She will assist you with your office experience and schedule any appointments you will need. She is always there to answer any questions you may have. She represents the Altamira experience: Knowledge, quality, and care.
For payment of medical fees, we accept all major credit cards, as well as providing financing through CareCredit.
We require a minimum of twenty-four hours notice by phone if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment at our plastic surgery office. This way, the open slot can be filled with another patient needing an appointment. For cosmetic appointments, failure to provide such notice will result in a missed appointment fee of $50 to the credit card provided at the time of scheduling your appointment.
Effective June 1, 2008, there will be a $100.00 fee for missed appointments scheduled before or after business hours. Business hours are 9am to 5pm.
