If I could rate Dr. Altamira and his team 10 stars, I absolutely would. He and his staff are WONDERFUL!!! They truly exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and heard. A special shout out to Miss Sonia and Jordan – they were both so sweet to me and always ready to answer all of my questions. Sonia eased my pre-surgery anxiety and even let me hold her hand throughout my procedure. She also gave me the sweetest “momma bear” hug after my procedure was done. Jordan had the sweetest voice every time she answered the phone, and the warmest, most contagious smile when I was greeted at the front desk. From my initial consultation to the day of surgery, everything went smoothly. Dr. Altamira is the most humble, caring, attentive, and compassionate surgeon I have met. He made me feel truly heard which is incredibly important to me. I had a couple of moles removed from my face – something I’d been insecure about for years. I mentioned to him that I was worried about scarring since it’s on my face and he ensured me I would see great results because of the technique he used for my incision. Even though it was a minor procedure, Dr. Altamira treated it with the same seriousness and care as a major surgery. Unlike other doctors I’d seen, he was never dismissive and took his time with me both during the consultation and in the operating room. I cannot thank him and his team enough for a job so well done. It’s clear that Dr. Altamira is deeply passionate about his work, and I will definitely return to him for any future procedures. If you’re considering surgery, you MUST go to Dr. Altamira. I had a procedure done on December 17, 2025 for the removal of a lipoma. If you are looking best doctors office where the Doctor and staff truly care about the patient as a whole, you will be coming to the right place. Dr.Altamira is not only a great physician, he has a great heart. This man truly cares about people, and I noticed that in the short time I have gotten to know him. There are many great physicians, but I can’t say many have the heart for the patient. Dr.Altamira told my wife and I in the preop room how he was going to do the incision, that it would look good, and hardly noticeable. We had come to find out, when I was in the operating room, he did something totally different, because he felt it would make it look even better than the decision he first mentioned to us. The results of my incision is amazing!!! I am happy and well pleased. This is a doctor who cares!!! He is truly phenomenal! Ms. Valerie and Sissy are phenomenal as well. They are very kind, and have been very helpful to me with all my appointments. They have been so professional, by keeping me informed on what I need to do, and what not to do. They made sure everything was straighten with my employer, and worked with me according to my condition, to when I can return to work, and come off of light duty. I appreciate each one of them.
